Dogs On Deployment A Success!
Yesterday we hosted a fundraiser for Dogs on Deployment and welcomed families, couples, friends, and more friends! Thanks so much to their supporters and our students for coming out to make great art and donate to our troops care of their pets – we can’t wait to fire your suncatchers and post photos!
Bluebird = Happiness!
Kim usually does geometric shape designs, but we think this bluebird wind chime success might convince her to continue with her animal theme – this is even more amazing in person – congrats!
Friday Night Fuse!
This Friday night from 7-9pm, we have a few seats left for our monthly Friday Night Fuse. This months project is a five or six inch bowl in one of three new molds, all square. This is a great bargain for fusers, and we are looking forward to the laughter, music, and fun!
Fountains!
A couple weeks ago, we had a great group in to make indoor water fountains….no small task to make the large base and top. Here are some of them, awaiting the final clean up and drilling…lovely!
Chime Mayhem!
Kiln 1 does a great job with the contour-fused wind chime dangly chime parts….and Marilou lines them up for maximum efficiency….this is load one of two from Saturday’s class.
